Alinity Divine
Alinity has been a part of a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch fan from California made a complaint to the civil court demanding damages in the amount of $25 million from Twitch for exposing them to "overly sexually provocative and explicit material from various female streamers" while using the site. Based on court documents discovered through Dexerto the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, submitted an official complaint to the court on June 15 seeking to file a suit, and Twitch was served an formal summons on June 19. According to the complaint, that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from various medical conditions that force him to completely rely on the internet to get his entertainment, as well as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction, which plaintiff claims Twitch is only making worse. They also listed a few female Twitch streamers and stated that they "continue to expose viewers to sexually addicting material and videos on a regular and consistent schedule."
